I began writing as soon as I could create sentences. From “The Great Chocolate Bar NewspaperEscape,” in elementary school, to selling my own newspaper in middle school. “Ohio State Fat Baby Born!” was the headline.

I wrote for my high school and college newspapers, before moving into journalism after college. I’ve written hard news, breaking news, investigative pieces, features, sports, lifestyle, music, and everything in between.

I’ve written a southern gothic novel titled Lily and am currently authoring a psychological thriller short story collection while attending Ashland University for my Master’s in Fine Arts degree. I also enjoy writing narrative nonfiction, concentrating in the areas of cold cases, sports, and female empowerment.

Additionally, I write screenplays for my production company, Eleven One Productions, and produce/direct as well. We are currently in pre-production for The Third Period, a feature-length hockey film; Nellie, a suspenseful short film; and Revenge, a short thriller.

If there’s a great story, I want to write about it.
